We are seeking experienced and qualified Civils Operative Team Leaders to join our Town Build Team. Applicants should have relevant experience in excavations, repairs, and reinstatements of draw rope on telecom infrastructure, as well as installing ducting, chambers, and street cabinets.
The successful candidate must possess the necessary tickets and qualifications, including a valid SWQR card with units 1-4, excavator tickets, SA001, SA002, NRWSA sign, and light & guarding certification. A NRSWA supervisor qualification and other civil or Openreach accreditations are advantageous.

Salary: £38,200 - £39,200 per annum, depending on experience (based on 40 hours/week, with additional hours at agreed rates and overtime for weekends).
Role Type: Full Time/Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week plus overtime
Location: Field Based, near Blandford Forum, Dorset
Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays
