Job summary

Haven in Wyke Regis seeks a friendly Touring Warden to welcome guests and maintain our touring facilities and pitches. You will be hands-on, ensuring a clean, safe, and enjoyable outdoor environment for visitors.

The role offers full-time, part-time or seasonal hours with weekend flexibility, extensive training, and opportunities for career development within Haven’s guest services network.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role is beneficial.
• Friendly and approachable, comfortable working outdoors.
• Strong communication and guest-focused attitude.
• Willing to work weekends and peak times as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests on arrival, helping them settle on their pitch.
• Keep touring facilities clean and well-maintained (showers, toilets, areas).
• Provide information about the park and local area to guests.
• Ensure pitches are tidy and ready for new arrivals; monitor safety.
