Job summary

Solus Accident Repair Centres Company is seeking a Vehicle Damage Advisor to work within the Total Loss Team. You will help customers by finding the right solutions after total loss, using negotiation and decision-making to ensure fair and compassionate settlements.

Responsibilities

The role:

OurVehicle Damage Advisorsare part of the Total Loss Team. This role will involve working with our customers to find the right solutions for them by demonstrating our values and work principles, and those of Aviva.You will provide solutions to our customers that are accurate, fair, efficient, and compassionate after the total loss of their vehicle.
