Job summary

Connells Group in Uckfield is seeking a highly motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join the Freeman Foreman residential sales team. You will deliver excellent service to buyers and sellers, generate valuations, conduct viewings, and negotiate offers, progressing sales through to exchange and completion with uncapped commission and clear career progression.

This role sits within the UK's leading property services business, offering industry-leading training and support to help you grow

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience
• Target-driven environment
• Excellent customer care and service
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle

Responsibilities

• Generating and booking property valuations
• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers
• Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
• Maximising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
