Job summary

Tulloch Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Assistant for our client in Portlethen on a staff basis. The role reports to the Workshop Supervisor and covers loading/unloading, tool booking, cleaning with a pressure washer, and selecting tools to match shipping tickets.

Key duties include forklift operations, assisting maintenance technicians, and ensuring safety with QHSE compliance. A proactive, independent worker is ideal.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a busy workshop environment.
• Valid Forklift License required.
• Valid OH crane certificate required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads trucks and tool baskets.
• Books in tools and matches them to shipping tickets.
• Cleans tools using a pressure washer and maintains order.
• Assists maintenance technicians with servicing and assembly when needed.
• Provides forklift support to maximize tool movement efficiency.
• Maintains safety and adheres to QHSE policies.
