Job summary

Dorothy Stringer School is seeking a daytime toilet attendant to help keep our facilities clean, safe and well stocked for staff and students. The role focuses on supervising the toilets and ensuring high standards of hygiene throughout the school day.

You'll work under the Cleaning Manager in a team, contributing to a clean and safe learning environment by following set procedures and supporting day-to-day cleanliness across assigned areas.

• Monitor student toilets during breaks and lunchtimes to ensure cleanliness and safety.

Job description

A toilet attendant/day-time cleaner is required at Dorothy Stringer School. The role will primarily involve supervising and maintaining the school’s toilet facilities, ensuring they are clean, well-presented, safe and appropriately stocked throughout the school day. This person will also be required to monitor the student toilets during break and lunch time.

The job holder will also be required to work within a team under the direction of the Cleaning Manager to provide an efficient service of cleanliness, ensuring that all assigned areas are cleaned to the standard required within set procedures in order to ensure a clean and safe learning environment for the students
