We are working with a nursery in Hook, Hampshire, that is looking for a toddler room leader. This is a full-time role over 4.5 days.

As a room leader, you will be leading 5 other practitioners to meet the needs of the children and support their overall development.

You must hold a Level 3 or above childcare qualification, have experience working with toddlers, and be able to lead, support, and inspire your team. Great communication skills are essential, as you will need to build relationships with the children's families.

The nursery offers a starting salary of £24,475 per annum, along with benefits such as:
