butters john bee Estate Agents are looking for a driven and customer-focused individual to join us as a Sales Adviser. This role focuses on canvassing and prospecting for new business and is ideal for someone passionate about sales. As a Sales Adviser, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities, increasing market share, and representing our Estate Agency in Longton.

Training and onboarding:
  • One-week training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
  • Industry-leading training sessions, both group and one-to-one
  • Day-to-day learning led by industry experts
  • Fully-paid hotel stay during training, depending on travel distance
  • Second week of training within the first 5-6 weeks of employment
Role responsibilities:
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly business targets
  • Generate valuations through proactive activities, including door knocking, prospecting, and managing leads via ROSIE software
  • Attend morning meetings prepared with updates on valuation pipeline
  • Implement structured canvassing strategies to generate leads and track activities
  • Engage in daily 1:1 coaching sessions with managers
  • Manage online portal opportunities and respond to leads promptly
  • Use ROSIE to communicate with local owners and convert leads into valuations
  • Build referral business through excellent customer service
  • Engage in local prospecting activities, including social media, door knocking, and leaflet distribution
  • Handle inbound calls, register applicants, and identify opportunities for valuations, viewings, and financial services
  • Seek opportunities for online reviews to enhance reputation
