Responsibilities
- Champion title launches, ensuring adherence to merchandising principles and guidelines, especially for high-priority titles. Serve as a point of escalation and guidance for local teams.
- Master title merchandising dashboards and metrics, providing analysis and insights on title performance to various partners.
- Develop understanding of product behavior and support local teams on product-related questions.
- Analyze local member behavior trends and provide feedback to refine promotional strategies.
- Collaborate on title merchandising initiatives, facilitating feedback and approvals.
- Interpret promotional performance holistically, considering assets, setup, and product behavior.
- Share insights and recommendations to optimize promotional strategies.
- Educate local teams on product knowledge and regional insights.
- Act as escalation point for promotional performance questions and merchandising playbook clarifications.
- Represent product insights in external settings like creator meetings and industry presentations.
- Advocate for regional needs and contribute to global best practices.
- Provide input on partner ideas related to catalog and title merchandising programs.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 6+ years in Promotional Strategy, Merchandising, Product Management, or Entertainment Marketing, with experience launching episodic content digitally.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, craft narratives, and ask insightful questions.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Proven stakeholder relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and entertainment discovery.
- Strategic, customer-centric thinking.
- Self-motivated, independent, and capable of working in ambiguous situations.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn and stay updated with industry innovations.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with A/B testing and data analysis tools.
