TSR Legal in Pontypridd is seeking an experienced Title Checker / Technical Conveyancer to join its busy residential property team. In this role you will provide technical oversight, check titles, searches, and reports, and ensure compliance while supporting the wider team.

You will move away from fee earning pressures but stay closely involved in conveyancing, bringing excellent attention to detail and a collaborative mindset to improve processes and client service.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive, ideally with 4+ years' post-qualification experience.
• Strong background in residential conveyancing with excellent technical knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
• Looking to move away from the demands of fee earning while remaining closely involved in conveyancing.

Title Checker / Technical Conveyancer

Pontypridd | Full-Time | Office-Based

TSR Legal are currently working with a well-established, highly regarded high street law firm in South Wales that is looking to appoint an experienced Title Checker / Technical Conveyancer to join its busy residential property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer who enjoys the technical aspects of conveyancing and is looking to step away from managing their own caseload and the pressures of fee earning. Instead, you'll play a key role in supporting the wider team by providing technical oversight, ensuring quality, and maintaining exceptional client service standards.

The Role

Working closely with an established conveyancing department, your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing residential conveyancing files prior to exchange and completion.
• Checking titles, searches, reports and legal documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
