Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops in the United Kingdom is seeking a Tire Technician to join a fast-paced team. You will take ownership of sale, removal, and replacement of tires for vehicles in shop and roadside service, while keeping equipment and facilities clean. No experience? No problem!

We will teach you. You’ll interact with customers and drivers from all over, helping their travels run smoothly. This role offers tuition assistance, PTO, flexible scheduling, and competitive pay as part of our growth

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is beneficial.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire sale, removal and replacement for vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including housekeeping duties.
• Move, lift 75+ pounds and work in various temperatures; follow safety guidelines.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by applying company safety policies and procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule between day and night as needed.
• Possess ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
