The Role

We have opportunities for class 2 drivers to join our bulk haulage team.

We operate a fleet of 100 vehicles. We specialise in the movement of bulk aggregate loads across the UK and Europe. Full in-house training provided.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Demonstrate a respectful, positive attitude towards others and behave in an honest and open manner.
• Work effectively as part of a team and under your own initiative.
• Work safely, comply with health and safety legislation, and insist others do the same.
• Be practical and have basic mechanical understanding.
• Be able to plan routes.
• Be able to work weekends when required.
• Experience using Microsoft and Outlook.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an ability to prioritise, cope under pressure, and work to strict deadlines.

Qualifications required:

• Hold a valid class 2 driving licence.
• Hold a current Driver CPC card.
• Hold a digital tachograph card.
• Knowledge of driver hours regulations.
• Experience in moving bulk would be an advantage but is not necessary as full training will be provided.

Additional requirements:

• HGV Class 2 licence held for over 2 years.
• No more than 6 licence points.
