Job summary

UNKNOWN is seeking a line cook to join our kitchen team. The role involves overseeing kitchen service during shifts, handling high-volume quick service, and ensuring cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment.

• Handling high volume in a quick service restaurant
• Showcasing pride and ownership over an instagram worthy plate
• Efficient in portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen standards
• Stocking and product management including waste control
• Keeping things clean and organized
• Following all food safety standards and procedures

Requirements

• Those with previous experience excel well in this fast paced environment, however we can work with any skill set if you bring the drive and motivation to learn.
