Job summary

Workshop Recruitment is recruiting Production Operatives for a well‑established timber manufacturer in Horsham, West Sussex. The role is permanent and involves hands‑on work across multiple processes with full training provided.

Salary is £14.26–£18.55 per hour with a 42‑hour week on a 3 days on / 3 days off / 3 nights on / 3 days off pattern. On‑site parking and health & wellbeing programmes are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or workshop environment.
• Able to follow instructions and production procedures.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and hand tools safely.
• Assemble and finish timber products.
• Follow work orders, drawings, and SOPs.
• Maintain high quality and accuracy.
• Work to daily production targets.
• Keep the workplace clean, safe and organized.
