Oakwrights Ltd in Hereford is seeking a hands-on Timber Frame Workshop Technician to join our production team. You will build timber frame panels for bespoke homes, read drawings, and prepare components with care, using hand and power tools.

Working as part of our skilled production team, you'll:

• Build timber frame panels that form the structure of our bespoke homes and buildings Read and work from technical drawings and specifications Measure, cut and prepare timber components accurately Assemble panels using hand tools and power tools Work alongside experienced craftspeople who are passionate about quality Help maintain a safe, organised and efficient workshop environment
• Take pride in producing work that reflects the high standards we're known for Who We're Looking For You don't have to be an expert timber framer already. What matters most is that you're practical, motivated and keen to learn.
