Job summary

Fawkes and Reece is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 200-unit timber-frame residential development in Widnes. You will ensure on-site activities are delivered safely, on programme and to the builder's quality requirements, working with subcontractors and site teams to maintain NHBC standards.

The role requires proven experience in new-build housing, timber-frame construction and a strong health & safety mindset, with SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Manager in new build housing
• Timber frame experience is essential
• Proven experience working to NHBC standards
• Strong knowledge of health & safety, quality and programme management
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to quality standards
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams, monitor progress and ensure NHBC compliance
• Maintain site records and progress reporting to clients
• Manage subcontractors and site teams effectively to meet construction deadlines
