The role involves tiling installations across residential and commercial properties, with a work van provided and a Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 schedule. Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Wall and Floor Tiling or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Carry out wall and floor tiling installations, repairs and maintenance across residential and commercial properties.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, levelling and applying adhesives.
• Measure, cut and fit tiles to a high standard.
• Grout and seal tiled surfaces for a durable finish.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Deliver customer service within occupied properties.

Multi Trades Recruitment are recruiting for a Tiler to join a leading repairs and maintenance team covering East and South Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Tiler looking for a mobile role carrying out high-quality repairs and installations across residential and commercial properties.

About the Job

• Mobile role covering East and South Belfast
• Work van provided
• ASAP – 31/12/26
• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 to 17:00
• 40 hours per week (60‑minute unpaid break)
• £14.42 per hour
• DBS required
• Full UK driving licence required

Job Overview

• Carry out wall and floor tiling installations, repairs and maintenance across residential and commercial properties
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, levelling and applying adhesives
• Measure, cut and fit tiles accurately to a high standard
• Grout and seal tiled surfaces to provide a durable, waterproof finish
• Repair and replace damaged or broken tiles
• Carry out inspections and identify any additional repair requirements
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Complete all work in line with health and safety regulations and company procedures
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used and time spent on jobs
• Deliver excellent customer service while working within occupied properties
• Participate in the out‑of‑hours emergency repair rota when required

About You

• NVQ Level 2 in Wall and Floor Tiling or equivalent
• Valid CSCS card
• Previous experience in tiling within repairs, maintenance or construction
• Strong knowledge of tiling techniques, materials and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good understanding of construction health and safety regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and high‑quality workmanship
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Reliable, self‑motivated and able to work independently across multiple sites
