We’re still at the start of our journey, and we’re looking for a TikTok Shop Manager with a passion for social commerce to join our growing team, to help drive the next phase of growth and play a crucial role in the story of one of the UK’s most exciting beauty brands.
Role Overview:
You will have overall responsibility for planning, launching, and optimising our TikTok Shop presence, and ultimately our performance on the platform. You will work closely with our marketing, influencer, and paid teams to ensure seamless campaign execution while using data to drive growth and revenue. This role is ideal for someone who has worked within the TikTok shop ecosystem before and has a deep understanding of the platform, beauty consumer behaviour, and the wider ecommerce space. This is a new role for UKLASH, offering a significant opportunity for the right person to impact the business trajectory and define their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase traffic, sales, and engagement, including promotional activities, content, advertising, affiliate seeding, and TikTok live sessions.
- Expand UKLASH into international markets.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data insights, and adapt strategies accordingly, reporting regularly to the wider team.
- Manage relationships with TikTok management, stay ahead of platform trends, competitors, and new features.
- Build and manage relationships with TikTok creators and affiliates, fostering an engaged community through collaborations.
- Manage the onboarding and engagement of 1,000+ new affiliate creators monthly, ensuring quality and performance.
- Create and nurture a community of existing affiliates to maintain high post rates and ongoing performance.
- Set up and optimise product listings, bundles, and promotions on TikTok Shop in the UK and internationally.
- Work with the CGO to ensure the commercial strategy remains profitable and aligns with long-term growth.
- Ensure compliance with TikTok’s guidelines and best practices.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure efficient fulfilment, shipping, and customer communication flows, incorporating feedback for improvements.
- Collaborate with the Paid team to optimise ad spend returns.
- Work with creators and internal teams to produce engaging content that drives sales, including participating in live streams.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and key campaign metrics, analyzing ROI, product performance, and customer feedback to optimize listings and content strategies.
Specific Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of data-driven decision-making and ROI optimisation.
- At least 2 years of experience working directly with TikTok Shop, either in-house, at an agency, or at TikTok.
- Experience creating large-scale affiliate campaigns within TikTok Shop, scaling to 1000+ creators monthly, and enhancing network performance.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data, synthesizing insights into actionable strategies.
- Skills in shooting, editing, and optimizing videos using TikTok tools and third-party software like CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams, agencies, and platform partners for high-performing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, with the ability to adapt strategies for international audiences.
- Inquisitiveness about AI, with experience leveraging advanced models to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Beneficial Skills:
- Experience with other marketplaces like Amazon.
- Comfortable on camera, willing to participate in live streams and content creation.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and cross-channel marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager and paid social media campaigns.
