Job summary

Shiseido Company, Limited seeks a TikTok Shop Manager to launch and scale the first global TikTok Shop for the UK, driving discovery into commerce and building a scalable playbook for markets and brands.

You will lead strategy, joint business planning, and the operational agenda with internal teams and external partners to secure growth, profitability and a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience owning and growing TikTok Shop or similar social commerce channel.
• Demonstrated ability to manage revenue, GMV, profitability and performance levers.
• Experience working with creators, affiliates, content, media and marketplace operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead TikTok Shop strategy, commercial leadership and UK launch.
• Own channel P&L, GMV, net sales and margin, optimise conversions and AOV.
• Build trading plans, priorities and investments based on data.
• Direct agency partners and internal teams to accelerate launch and capability.
• Shape LIVE and creator commerce, align organic and paid activity into one growth plan.
• Develop a measurable framework spanning reach, traffic, performance and new customers.
