Job summary

Boots UK in Nottingham is seeking a TikTok Shop Executive to provide operational, analytical and administrative support to our TikTok Shop function, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of this channel.

You will help maintain the trading calendar, assist with promotional planning, support product launches and campaign activations, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports to drive commercial decisions. This is a 12-month FTC with on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Strong organisation and administration skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Good analytical capability and confidence working with data.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

What you’ll be doing

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

It would be great if you also have

• Experience in eCommerce, Digital Trading, or Commercial Support roles.
• Knowledge of retail trading processes or social commerce.
• Experience managing purchase orders and budget tracking.
