Responsibilities:

• Host engaging and interactive TikTok Live sessions for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Confidently present and demonstrate various products to a live digital audience.
• Adapt presentation style and tone to suit different brand identities and target demographics.
• Interact with viewers in real-time, responding to comments, questions, and fostering a lively atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand client objectives and ensure brand messaging is effectively communicated during live sessions.
• Prepare for live sessions by familiarising yourself with product features, benefits, and any specific talking points.
• Manage time effectively during live broadcasts to cover key information and calls to action.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate UK and US timezones and optimise audience reach.
• Maintain a professional and engaging on-screen presence from your quiet, home-based setup.
• Potentially assist in creating short-form video content to promote upcoming live events.
• Monitor live stream performance and audience feedback to identify areas for improvement and share insights with the team.

Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience as a presenter, host, or influencer, ideally with a strong focus on live streaming platforms like TikTok.
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and entertain a live audience.
• A natural on-camera presence with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
• Versatile and adaptable, capable of quickly learning about new products and representing different brand voices authentically.
• Ability to improvise and think on your feet in a live environment.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, features, and best practices for live content.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently from a remote setting.
• Must have access to, or be able to provide, a quiet and suitable space for conducting professional live presentations without interruption.
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate technical setup (e.g., good lighting, clear audio) or willingness to acquire.
• Experience in sales or direct response marketing is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule across different timezones.
