We're seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a full-time TikTok Beauty Content Creator & Manager. In this exciting role, you'll be the driving force behind our brand's success on TikTok, crafting high-quality, shoppable content that captures attention, fuels engagement, and ultimately increases sales through our TikTok shop.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy & Planning: Develop data-driven content calendars aligned with agile methodologies, social trends, and TikTok search insights. Analyze current TikTok trends and challenges, strategically incorporating them into shoppable content. Collaborate with brand teams, clients, agency partners, and potential influencers to brainstorm engaging content ideas that drive consideration to purchase.
2. Content Creation & Management: Plan, shoot, edit, and publish captivating TikTok videos related to beauty products and trends. Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all content. Utilize high-quality visuals, music, and sound effects to create dynamic and visually appealing videos. Stay up-to-date on the latest editing tools and techniques specific to TikTok.
3. Social Media Reporting & Optimization: Generate monthly reports analyzing key TikTok performance metrics, including video views, engagement rates, click-through rates to the TikTok shop, and conversion rates within the shop. Analyze data and identify areas for improvement. Recommend content and strategic optimizations to drive consideration to purchase and boost sales through the TikTok shop.
4. Community Management: Engage with the TikTok community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and informative manner. Conduct research to understand target audience preferences and tailor content accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a successful beauty content creator on TikTok with a strong understanding of the platform and its shoppable features.
• A keen eye for trends and the ability to translate them into engaging TikTok content that drives sales.
• Excellent video editing skills with experience using relevant software.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external teams.
• A passion for the beauty industry and the ability to create informative, entertaining, and shoppable content.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
