Job Overview:

An experienced Welder Fabricator is sought to join the team. This role involves working with thin wall materials, including Stainless Steel, Inconel, and Aluminium, to create precision fabricated components for motorsport applications. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently and as part of a small team, ensuring all tasks are completed with the highest standards of quality and within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and weld metallic assemblies, primarily using jigs.
• Cut, assemble, and complete fabrication tasks according to technical drawings and work orders.
• Ensure all work meets agreed-upon standards for quality and timeliness.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations at all times.
• Communicate with the Fabrication Supervisor to ensure clear understanding of job requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of job progress, including timekeeping and job tracking systems.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Experience working with thin wall materials such as Stainless Steel, Inconel, and Aluminium.
• Fabrication experience, ideally in the motorsport industry (though not essential).
• Strong ability to interpret and work from technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong initiative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• 4-day workweek (Monday to Thursday).
• Paid overtime at 1.5x the standard rate.
• Free onsite parking.
