Reed Engineering & Manufacturing is seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join a growing production team, welding thin gauge stainless steel components to exacting standards.

You will work on rotating morning and afternoon shifts, and will be required to pass a practical weld test before starting. The role offers a competitive benefits package, excellent conditions, and long-term stability.

Qualifications

• Previous TIG welding experience is essential.

• Own transport preferred due to shift patterns.

Responsabilités

• TIG welding stainless steel components to a high standard.
• Working with fine gauge materials ranging from 0.8mm to 1.2mm.
• Welding using jigs and fixtures.

The Role

As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds on thin gauge stainless steel products, ensuring all work is completed to exacting quality standards.

Key Duties

• TIG welding stainless steel components to a high standard
• Working with fine gauge materials ranging from 0.8mm to 1.2mm
• Welding using jigs and fixtures
• Maintaining excellent quality and accuracy throughout production
• Following engineering drawings and work instructions
• Adhering to all health & safety procedures and company policies

What We're Looking For

Working Hours

Rotating Morning & Afternoon Shift Pattern

Week 1
Monday to Thursday: 06:00am - 2:00pm
Friday: 06:00am - 11:00am

Week 2
Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Friday: 11:00am - 4:00pm
