HR GO Group is seeking an experienced TIG Welder Fabricator to join our engineering team in St Neots. You will weld and fabricate stainless steel components to exacting drawings, ensuring safety and accuracy across projects.

The role includes working from engineering drawings, maintaining high workmanship standards, and supporting production with occasional on-site tasks. Candidates should have a stainless TIG background and a relevant qualification or apprenticeship.

TIG Welder Fabricator

• Full-Time, Permanent
• Location: Sandy / Cambourne / St Neots / Huntingdon area
• Salary: Up to £20.00 per hour (DOE) - Excellent earning potential
• Overtime: Paid at 1.5x (weekdays & Saturday mornings)
• Transport: Due to rural location, own transport is essential

We're seeking an experienced TIG Welder Fabricator to work on stainless steel (1-12mm). You'll fabricate and weld high‑quality components from engineering drawings while maintaining excellent standards of safety and accuracy.

Key Duties:

• TIG welding & fabrication on stainless steel (incl. pipework/purge)
• Working from engineering drawings & tolerances
• High‑quality workmanship and safe working practices
• Supporting production and occasional on‑site work

Requirements:

• TIG welding experience with stainless steel
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Relevant qualification or apprenticeship preferred
• Reliable, safety‑focused, team‑oriented

Working Hours:

(39/week): Mon 7:30am-4:00pm, Tue 7:30am-4:30pm, Wed-Thu 7:30am-5:00pm, Fri 7:30am-12:00 mid-day (OT available).
