HR GO Recruitment is seeking an experienced TIG Welder Fabricator in the UK to join a team across the Sandy/Cambourne/St Neots/Huntingdon area. You will weld stainless steel components (1–12mm) from drawings, ensuring safety and accuracy, with site support as needed.

The role is full-time and permanent, offering overtime paid at 1.5x and a starting rate up to £20 per hour depending on experience. Own transport is essential due to rural location.

TIG Welder Fabricator

• Salary: Up to £20.00 per hour (DOE)


• Overtime: Paid at 1.5x (weekdays & Saturday mornings)


• Transport: Due to rural location, own transport is essential

Working Hours

(39/wk): Mon 7:30am-4:00pm, Tue 7:30am-4:30pm, Wed-Thu 7:30am-5:00pm, Fri 7:30am-12:00 mid-day (OT available).
