Precision People is recruiting a skilled TIG Welder for a Burton Latimer-based role. The position involves TIG welding on aluminium, basic fabrication, and reading/working from technical drawings. You will perform general assembly tasks and contribute as part of a small team in a manufacturing environment.

Hours are from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am to 3:30pm Friday, with overtime available. The role offers onsite parking and a competitive hourly pay rate.

My client is a leading manufacturer within their industry based within commutable distance from Kettering, Rushden , Wellingborough and surrounding areas . They are currently looking for a skilled Welder to join their team.
