Ticket Sales Assistant
Full-time 36 hours a week, annualised hours contract includes evenings and weekends
Based at Symphony Hall & Town Hall, Birmingham

Love live music and great customer service?
Join B:Music as a Ticket Sales Assistant and be the first point of contact for our audiences. You'll provide a friendly, efficient booking and information service across phone, email, and in-person channels, supporting over 800 events a year.

What You’ll Do

• Process ticket sales, exchanges, memberships, and group bookings using our Spektrix ticketing system
• Handle customer enquiries with professionalism and care
• Manage batch ticket printing and dispatch
• Support accessible parking and access scheme bookings
• Build relationships with group bookers, sell memberships and donations where appropriate

About You

• Experience using a ticketing system (Spektrix ideal)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
• Flexible, team-oriented, and passionate about live music
• Be prepared to work evenings and some weekends
