Job summary

Infosys is seeking a TIBCO Middleware Support Engineer in Stevenage, UK. The role focuses on advanced application support, incident resolution and platform administration for TIBCO and related interfaces. You will coordinate with vendors, security, and operations to maintain high availability and SLA compliance.

Experience with JMS/JDBC/SFTP/SOAP/REST/JSON, SAP interfaces, and web/app servers (Tomcat/IIS) is essential. Eligible for SC clearance; willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with multiple COTS/middleware in enterprise environments.
• L2/L3 AMS support and incident resolution.
• ITIL-aligned incident, problem, change, release and knowledge processes.
• Hands-on AMS/application support for enterprise apps.
• Expertise in API integrations and messaging queues.
• Strong troubleshooting across apps, interfaces and data.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, infra, security and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 AMS support for TIBCO and other enterprise apps.
• Triage, diagnose and resolve incidents; document workarounds.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive preventive actions.
• Handle service requests: access, configuration, data updates.
• Coordinate changes, RFCs, CAB participation and deployments.
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with product vendors, Service Desk and ops teams.
• Support monitoring, health checks and patch coordination.
