Third Risk Party Oversight Analyst, London

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the ZM Governance team supporting Third-party Risk Management activities. This role involves overseeing the 90+ third-party relationships held by ZM, facilitating onboarding, renewals, and offboarding processes.

Zurich Municipal provides insurance and risk management solutions for the public and voluntary sectors across the UK. Since 1993, we’ve insured charities, voluntary organizations, housing associations, and educational institutions, helping them understand and mitigate risks.

This role supports ZM in achieving its business strategy. As part of the Governance team, you will interact daily with Underwriting, Performance and Change, Zurich Municipal Market teams, and third-party stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the third-party database and renewal plan
• Support governance meetings for third-party risk management
• Prepare annual reviews for suppliers and third-party exit strategies
• Prepare Conduct MI for delegated authorities
• Maintain third-party MI and dashboards
• Support the development of the third-party risk framework and distribution strategy

Candidate Requirements:

Looking for a candidate eager to learn about third-party relationships and risk management. Ability to interpret and embed strategic control frameworks, manage data, and communicate effectively with stakeholders is essential. Must work independently, prioritize tasks, and possess strong written and verbal skills. Building relationships within Zurich and with external stakeholders is key.
