The opportunity:
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the ZM Governance team supporting third-party risk management activities. ZM is expanding its third-party landscape, and with increased regulatory expectations, our third-party management framework needs to be robust and efficient. The role involves overseeing 90+ third-party relationships, facilitating onboarding, renewals, and offboarding.
Zurich Municipal provides insurance and risk management solutions for the public and voluntary sectors since 1993, insuring charities, voluntary organizations, housing associations, and the education and public sectors across the UK.
This role supports ZM in achieving its business strategy. As part of the Governance team, stakeholder management is key, requiring daily interaction with Underwriting, Performance and Change, Zurich Municipal Market teams, and our third-party relationships.

You should be willing to develop your understanding of strategic control frameworks, comfortable managing and presenting data, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. Good communication skills are essential. Building strong stakeholder relationships within Zurich and across the UK is also important.
