Job summary

Be Shaping The Future UK is seeking Manager/Senior Manager level consultants to support the delivery and embedding of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) change within a complex, regulated banking environment.

This is a delivery-focused role that suits hands-on transformation work over purely advisory or BAU oversight, with exposure to senior stakeholders across Risk, Procurement, Operations, Technology and Compliance in a large global programme.

Qualifications

• Experience operating at Manager or Senior Manager level.
• Banking or Management Consulting background.
• Proven Non-Financial Risk (NFR) experience with hands-on TPRM delivery.
• Credibility engaging with senior regulators, assurance teams.
• Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with policy-to-solution skills.

We are seeking Manager / Senior Managerlevel consultants to support the delivery and embedding of TPRM change within a complex, regulated banking environment. These roles sit within a highprofile transformation programme focused on strengthening nonfinancial risk capability, meeting regulatory expectations, and operationalising thirdparty risk management at scale.

This is a deliveryfocused role, well suited to candidates who enjoy handson transformation work rather than purely advisory or BAU oversight roles.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering TPRM change and transformation within a large financial services organisation
• Supporting the design, implementation, and embedding of:
• TPRM operating models
• Governance and control frameworks
• Endtoend thirdparty risk processes
• Working with senior stakeholders across Risk, Procurement, Operations, Technology, and Compliance
• Supporting regulatory and audit outcomes through practical, deliveryled solutions
• Operating effectively in an environment with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and tight regulatory expectations
