We are looking for an experienced Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Project Manager to support a major regulatory and operational resilience programme within a leading London Market insurer.
Working alongside the Programme Manager, you will lead several workstreams focused on strengthening the organisation’s Third-Party Risk Management capabilities and delivering compliance with regulatory requirements including PRA SS2/21, DORA, EBA and CBI.
This is a hands‑on delivery role requiring someone who can take ownership of workstreams, mobilise SMEs and drive activity through to implementation and BAU handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple TPRM and regulatory remediation workstreams
- Develop realistic delivery plans and manage progress against key milestones
- Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies
- Mobilise and coordinate SMEs across Procurement, Risk, Technology and wider business functions
- Support Procurement with RFP and vendor/tool selection processes where required
- Drive delivery of remediation activity towards Minimum Viable Compliance (MVC)
- Ensure new TPRM capabilities, processes and platforms are successfully embedded into BAU
- Proactively identify delivery challenges and drive appropriate interventions and solutions
Key Experience
- 5+ years Project Management experience within Financial Services
- Insurance experience highly desirable, particularly within the London/Lloyd's Market
- Experience delivering projects within or alongside Procurement / Third-Party Risk Management
- Experience delivering regulatory, risk, operational resilience or third-party/vendor management change
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of delivery
- Strong stakeholder management across multiple functions and levels of seniority
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly Desirable
- Knowledge of DORA and wider third-party/outsourcing regulatory requirements
- Experience implementing or selecting TPRM tools/platforms
