Job summary

Computacenter AG & Co. oHG is seeking a Third Line Analyst in Nottingham to plan and deliver new features for the Messaging and Collaboration service.

You will assist in project engagements and manage change controls for Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently. • Raise change control in ITSM/Service Now.
• Configuration and support of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online).
• Fault finding and remediation of issues both critical and minor.
• Facilitate meetings with the customer to troubleshoot issues or plan and discuss upcoming design/configuration changes.
• Support and be part of the ongoing Messaging and Collaboration service evolution.

The Messaging and Collaboration service is Computacenter’s solution which helps customers ensure their environments are secure, available and meet their compliance requirements. We achieve this by maintaining the latest patch and build levels and by keeping abreast of the latest changes coming to Microsoft 365 and other integrated cloud services. Our goal is to provide users with the best possible experience, and we achieve this by using our broad knowledge of Messaging technologies, provide support and consult capabilities.

Messaging and Collaboration is a global service delivered from the UK, South Africa, India, and Germany locations.

What you’ll do

Assistthe customer with planning and delivering new features through project engagements

Raise change control in ITSM/Service Now

Configuration and support of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online etc.)

What you’ll bring
