Job summary

Kids Planet Day Nurseries Ltd. in Salford Quays is seeking a Third in Charge to help run a busy nursery and nurture children's development within the EYFS framework.

You will support the management team, lead teams, safeguard children, and build strong relationships with families, with accredited training and a strong focus on wellbeing and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold at least Level 3 UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding children.
• Demonstrated leadership experience within a nursery setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in day-to-day running of the nursery to ensure smooth operations and high-quality care in line with EYFS.
• Lead and support teams to maintain a positive, collaborative, and professional environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with children and families to support development and wellbeing in an inclusive setting.

What a Third in Charge needs:
