Job summary

Kids Planet Day Nurseries Ltd. is seeking a Third in Charge at our Irlam nursery in Manchester.

You will support daily operations, lead teams, and uphold high standards of care in line with EYFS, safeguarding guidance, and our inclusive ethos. You will bring Level 3 UK early years qualifications, strong leadership experience, and a deep understanding of safeguarding to nurture children and collaborate with families in a welcoming setting.

• Leadership experience within a nursery setting.

• Support the management team in day-to-day nursery operations to ensure high-quality care in line with EYFS.

What a Third in Charge needs:

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Leadership experience within a nursery setting.
