Job summary

Kids Planet Horsforth is seeking a Third in Charge to support day-to-day nursery operations and lead teams delivering high-quality EYFS care.

You will work with management to develop staff, strengthen relationships with families, and uphold safeguarding standards, while accessing KP Academy training and staff perks.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 UK-recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive safeguarding knowledge.
• Leadership experience within a nursery setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in the day-to-day running of the nursery.
• Lead and support teams to maintain high-quality care in line with EYFS.

What a Third in Charge needs:

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
