Job summary

Kids Planet Turnbridge is seeking a proactive Third in Charge to join our team in East Cowick, Goole. You’ll support nursery management in daily operations, ensuring smooth running and high-quality care in line with EYFS, while fostering a warm, inclusive environment for children, families and staff.

The role requires Level 3 early years qualification, strong EYFS knowledge, safeguarding expertise, and proven leadership in a nursery.

Qualifications

• Level 3 early years qualification required.
• Strong EYFS knowledge needed.
• Experience in safeguarding children is essential.
• Leadership experience within a nursery setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in day-to-day nursery operations and ensure high-quality care in line with EYFS.
• Assist in leading and supporting teams to maintain a positive, collaborative environment.
