Job summary

Oakmoor Recruitment Ltd. based in Darlington seeks an experienced Thermal Insulation Trainer Assessor to join an established team.

The role is hands-on, delivering training and assessment to apprentices in thermal insulation to build essential knowledge, skills and behaviours. No teaching qualifications are required to apply if you have strong industry experience; full training will be provided to gain on-the-job qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant engineering experience in thermal insulation and fabrication.
• Industry qualifications: thermal insulation qualification and/or a valid Skill Card.
• Teaching and/or assessing qualification at Level 3 or willingness to be put through.
• Enhanced DBS check required for successful applicants.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and assessment in thermal insulation hands-on.
• Help apprentices develop knowledge, skills and behaviours required to succeed.
• Join an established team and contribute to continuous learning.
