Job summary

Volatus Aerospace Inc. seeks an experienced Thermal Imaging Instructor to deliver professional thermography training programs across multiple sectors in the UK. You will cover infrared theory, data interpretation and practical inspection methodologies to meet accredited body standards.

The role involves travel within the UK and overseas, developing new courses and providing consultancy to clients while maintaining training records and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven thermal imaging and inspection experience.
• Strong understanding of infrared theory.
• Experience delivering technical training.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to work with learners from varying backgrounds and experience levels.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK and overseas training programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accredited and non-accredited thermography training.
• Create engaging practical exercises and case studies.
• Teach thermal imaging theory and applications.
• Train learners in data acquisition and interpretation.
• Assess learner competency and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain training records and quality standards.
• Support development of new thermal imaging courses and associated course material.
• Provide consultancy and technical support where required.
• Assist in developing/documenting thermal inspection standards and best practice guidance.
• Assist with demonstrations, exhibitions and client engagement activities.
• Work with Media & Content Assistant to support video production and e-learning programmes.
• Support Service Division as required by the business.
