Job summary

Redline Group Ltd seeks an Electronic Service & Repair Engineer in Kent to join a specialist imaging and sensing solutions team. You will diagnose, repair, calibrate and adjust thermal imaging products and infrared camera systems, applying electronics theory, metrology and optics knowledge.

The role is site-based in Kent with occasional travel, requiring hands-on repair experience and the ability to operate test equipment and embedded programming where applicable.

Qualifications

• Electronics or engineering qualification is required.
• Hands-on experience in electronics repair, calibration and diagnostics.
• Familiarity with metrology, calibration processes and lab operations.
• Experience with thermography, optics, or camera products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, repair, calibrate and adjust thermal imaging products and sensor systems.
• Utilise electronic test equipment and electronics theory to support service tasks.
• Provide clear progress updates to colleagues and customers as needed.
• Explain complex technical findings and proposed repair solutions to customers.
