Job summary

Priory seeks an experienced Therapy Services Manager to lead and develop our therapy provision at Priory Hospital Bristol and Bristol Park Clinic, 37.5 hours per week. You will report to the Hospital Director and drive service performance, innovation, and growth.

Lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and develop partnerships with universities to support recruitment and profile. A strong clinical and strategic leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and decision-making skills with a proactive approach.
• Commercial awareness in managing team cost and income performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to therapy services across both sites.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, compliant services meeting regulatory standards and KPIs.
• Lead clinical governance, quality assurance and continuous service improvement.
• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary therapy team and collaborate across clinical services.
• Oversee financial performance, budgets and resource planning; address risks and opportunities.
• Drive business development and service growth with strong occupancy levels.
• Maintain a small clinical caseload and support therapy delivery when required.
• Build external partnerships (e.g. universities) to support recruitment and service profile.
• Support workforce development, supervision and CPD across the team.
• Contribute to on-call rota and wider senior management responsibilities.
