North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Band 4 Therapy Assistant Practitioner (0.59 WTE, 22 hours) in Hand Therapy. The post supports hand injury rehab across three sites with regular training and supervision, based at the PCH site.
You will carry a caseload of non-complex patients, deliver treatment plans under therapist supervision, and work within MDTs to aid timely discharge while supporting service delivery and learning opportunities.

The hand therapy team is a friendly team who work across three sites treating patients recovering from hand injuries, and conditions that affect the hands. We are a supportive team and you will have regular training and weekly supervision. Your role will include clinical (1:1 clinical assessments and facilitating groups) and non clinical duties such as stock taking, general housekeeping and administrative duties. The post will be based at PCH site.
