Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join the Pelvic Health Team at Lincoln Hospital as a Band 3 Physiotherapy Assistant. This role supports the establishment of Perinatal Pelvic Health Services, initially on a fixed-term basis with the potential for a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Support prevention, identification, and treatment of pelvic health issues antenatally and postpartum.
• Work independently under indirect supervision after full training.
• Collaborate with obstetric and midwifery teams to deliver outstanding maternity care.
• Assist in supporting women and birthing people with pelvic floor dysfunction in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
• Perform administrative duties related to perinatal pelvic health.
• Participate in a 7-day rota as required.
