Join our team as a Therapy Assistant Pelvic Health - Band 3 at Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group.

Position Overview

This is a fixed-term role based at Pilgrim Hospital, Boston, offering an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the Pelvic Health Team. The role involves supporting the establishment of Perinatal Pelvic Health Services, focusing on prevention, identification, and treatment of pelvic health issues antenatally and postnatally. Full training will be provided, enabling you to work independently under indirect supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Support women and birthing people with pelvic floor dysfunction in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
• Assist in delivering care in collaboration with obstetric and midwifery colleagues.
• Perform administrative tasks related to perinatal pelvic health.
• Work as part of a 7-day rota, supporting the team as needed.
