The ARRT is a wide multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality physiotherapy and occupational therapy on acute medical and surgical wards.

The post holder will assist in delivering rehabilitation programmes, work under direction of registered therapists, and support patients to maintain independence in mobility and daily living.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering high-quality physiotherapy and occupational therapy services to ward-based patients.
• Work under the direction of registered therapists and support progression of rehabilitation programmes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centred care and safety.
• Support patients in achieving independence in mobility and daily living activities on acute and rehabilitation wards.
