We are seeking a Therapy Assistant to join our community stroke and neuro team based at Diana Princess of Wales Hospital in Grimsby.
This team works with a variety of community patients with neurological diagnoses, providing care in patients' homes, community clinics, and care homes. You will be involved in acute rehabilitation, helping patients achieve their goals and regain independence, mobility, and function.
