Phoenix Futures is seeking a Therapeutic Support Worker for Rae House, a Care Inspectorate-registered residential rehabilitation service for people affected by substance use in Scotland. You will manage a caseload, assess residents and draft recovery plans, coordinating care from referral through to move-on.

• Experience working with people in drug and alcohol recovery.
• Knowledge of adult protection procedures.
• Ability to work flexibly in a therapeutic community.
• Experience collaborating with multiple agencies.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of residents.
• Assess residents and manage recovery or care plans.
• Coordinate care from referral to move-on.
• Develop therapeutic approaches covering employment, education and health needs.
• Support day-to-day running of the therapeutic community.
• Deliver therapeutic groups, activities and interventions per TC manual.
• Support residents to achieve long-term recovery with families and communities.
• Work a rolling rota including evenings and weekends.
