Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates is helping a national care group fill a Therapeutic Residential Worker position in Colchester, Essex. The role requires experience with children, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to work a 2 on 4 off shift pattern.

The starting salary is £31,000 per year and includes one sleep shift per week. The successful candidate will undergo an industry-accredited training programme with clear progression into Level 3, 4 and 5 residential childcare qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Support Worker in a similar setting (desirable as full training provided).
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Must be flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends and sleep-in shifts.
• Experience with children is mandatory.
