Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience working with children and young people, preferably in residential setting.
• NVQ Level 3 in Residential childcare or equivalent is desirable.
• Enhanced DBS check is essential.

Responsibilities

• Care, nurture and establish positive relationships with children and young people and implement individual care plans.
• Organise and participate in activities for children and young people.
• Maintain high quality care addressing physical, emotional, and social needs and assist with domestic chores.
• Provide support at meetings and maintain accurate records.
